1. Subscription Plan

2. Auto-renew

Subscription plans include auto-renewal by default. You can turn it off anytime in your account settings. After cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

3. Refund Policy

Under Section 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, you may request a refund for digital content purchased online within the 7-day cooling-off period. However, if you have already started watching the course, it is deemed that you have agreed to waive your right to the cooling-off period in advance, and no refund can be processed.

4. Price adjustment

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated before your next billing cycle begins. If you do not agree to the adjusted price, you may cancel your subscription before the current period ends.
